Terms of Service

Plain: A decision-support terminal for Indian index-options scalpers. Not investment advice. Not a broker. Not a portfolio manager.

DyadScalp ("the Service") is software operated by DyadScalp Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). The Service surfaces market data, signals, and risk gates. It does not guarantee returns and does not constitute an investment recommendation under SEBI regulations.

Plain: You stay logged into your broker. We only get order-placement and read scopes — never fund withdrawal.

You authorise the Service to place, modify, and cancel orders on connected broker accounts using scopes you explicitly grant during the OAuth flow. You may revoke access at any time from broker settings or from the Service. Every order placed via the Service is your order.

Plain: Trading derivatives can lose you all your money, fast. Past walk-forward results are not a promise.

Derivatives trading carries a substantial risk of loss including loss of entire capital. Published track-record numbers are out-of-sample backtests and forward-test results — they do not guarantee future performance. You acknowledge that you have read the SEBI risk-disclosure document for derivatives.

Plain: Monthly plans cancel anytime. Annual plans pro-rate on refund.

Subscription fees are billed in advance. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Annual plans are refundable on a pro-rated basis less a 7-day administration fee. See pricing for current rates.

Plain: Don't scrape, don't resell signals, don't run on someone else's broker account without permission.

You may not: (a) reverse-engineer the Service, (b) redistribute or resell signals, (c) use the Service to manipulate market prices, (d) connect a broker account you do not legally control, (e) operate as an unregistered investment advisor using outputs from the Service.

Plain: Our maximum liability is what you paid us in the last 12 months. We're not responsible for broker outages, exchange halts, or your own clicks.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for losses arising from broker downtime, exchange outages, force majeure, or user-initiated trades.

Plain: Either of us can end the contract. We'll give you 30 days unless you violated the rules.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach including violation of Section 05 (Acceptable use) or for non-payment.

Plain: Indian law. Bengaluru courts.

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
