14-day Pro trial
When you connect a broker, Pro features unlock for 14 days. No card required up front. If you don't add a payment method by day 14, the account silently downgrades to Free — no charges, no auto-billing surprise.
Full refund cases
We refund 100% (including the admin fee on annual plans) if: (a) the Service had a critical outage of more than 4 hours during NSE trading hours in the billing period, or (b) you were charged after cancellation due to a billing bug. Email billing@dyadscalp.app with your invoice ID.
Trading losses incurred while using the Service. The engine surfaces signals and enforces risk gates; you place every order. Read the honesty page before subscribing — drawdowns are public for a reason.
