Come back because you trade better — not because we manipulated you.
Everything on this page is designed to reward disciplined behavior over time, and to actively penalise the patterns that get traders blown up — overtrading, revenge trades, streak-chasing, FOMO. There are no XP bars, no daily-login rewards, no leaderboards by P&L.
Daily workflow
The engine refuses to arm until the morning gating steps are checked. The evening ritual is voluntary, but you lose your consistency credit for the day if you skip it.
- Slept ≥ 6 hours
Self-report. Sleep < 6h correlates with -0.4R expectancy on our cohort.
- Read premarket briefing gates engine
Global cues, gap, key levels, event calendar.
- Mark 3 levels you care about gates engine
PDH, PDL and one HTF level — written, not assumed.
- Confirm today's max loss gates engine
Default is -2R. Increase requires a 24h cool-off.
- Pick playbooks you will trade gates engine
Anything not on the list requires a journal note before entry.
- First trade no earlier than 09:25 IST
Opening 10 minutes are noise; the gate enforces this.
- All positions flat or hedged
Carry only with explicit overnight consent.
- One-line journal for today
What you did well, one thing to fix tomorrow.
- Review one trade in depth
Pick the trade with the most disagreement between confidence and outcome.
- Markets off until 09:00 tomorrow
Off-hours alerts are silenced by default.
Trader journal
A blank textarea is the journal's worst enemy. Each entry is anchored to a specific trade and a single prompt. You can answer in two sentences — that's the point.
Reflection prompts
We never ask you to "trade more". We ask you to think more clearly. These prompts surface on a schedule that matches how trader insight actually compounds.
P&L is the wrong scoreboard for a single day. Process is the right one.
Track disagreements weekly. Pattern matters more than any single trade.
Boredom trades are the single largest source of negative expectancy on our platform.
If yes, the limit failed or you overrode it. Both deserve a writeup.
Volume up + win rate flat is a red flag, not a green one.
Session recap
The recap deliberately demotes P&L. Plan adherence and stop discipline lead — the number a long-term trader controls is process, not outcome.
Trade review loop
The loop is deliberately one trade per evening. Reviewing every trade is how journals get abandoned in week three. We aim for compounding insight, not exhaustive coverage.
- 1Capturedone
Every fill is logged with intent vs outcome, no opt-out.
- 2Tagdone
Engine auto-tags each trade by playbook, regime and grade.
- 3Pick onein-progress
Each evening, pick a single trade where confidence and outcome disagreed most.
- 4Writetodo
Two sentences max. What you saw, what you'd change.
- 5Convert to ruletodo
If you wrote the same lesson 3 times, it becomes a checklist item or an engine gate.
Discipline score
This score moves only when your behavior moves. A losing day with full plan adherence does not reduce it.
Consistency tracker
Emotional state
One tap before each session. The classifier never reads your mood for trade selection — it only uses it to slow you down when your reported state suggests you shouldn't size up today.
Long-term growth
Milestones are deliberately slow and process-focused. There is no badge for a +10R day. There is one for finishing a quarter inside your daily-loss cap.
Built the reflection habit.
Threshold: 30 days with ≥ 1 entry
5 sessions, plan adherence ≥ 90%, max loss respected.
Threshold: 5 consecutive eligible sessions
Wrote the same lesson 3+ times — added to your checklist.
Threshold: Pattern detected
Not just logged — reviewed with one paragraph each.
Threshold: 100 deep reviews
63 sessions without breaching planned max loss.
Threshold: 63 consecutive eligible sessions
Cut trade frequency 25% while keeping expectancy flat or up.
Threshold: Volume↓ + expectancy steady
Healthy engagement
Most fintech products are designed to maximise time-in-app and trades-per-week. We optimise against both. These are the gambling-adjacent patterns we have removed from the platform on purpose.
Win streaks invite revenge trading after they break. We track plan-adherence streaks instead.
At most one push per session unless you opt in. Off-hours pushes require explicit consent.
The signal feed paginates. We will not show you a 200-tile wall of bait.
After 3 consecutive losses or a daily-loss breach, the engine pauses for 60 seconds. You cannot click through it.
Time spent journaling and reviewing counts toward your growth — time spent placing extra trades does not.
Public leaderboards by realized P&L reward variance and gambling. Ours, if any, rank by plan adherence and consistency.
